Engaging Events and Weddings is a full service boutique wedding and special event production company in Nashville and Florida owned by Victoria DeSilvio. 

Victoria’s team brings over 30 years of experience, planning, and production for celebrity clients and Fortune 500 Companies. The company has produced over 500 Bridal and Fashion events including fashion layouts, video productions and pageants. Victoria has won 9 Prestige Awards for exhibit booth and tabletop presentations.

 Her work has appeared in magazines and television including TLC’s Tuckerville and E’s The Simple Life. 

Her experience has taken her throughout the country. She has worked in Atlantic City for the Trump Organization where she directed events for Miss America, HBO, Madison Square Garden, and Top Rank Boxing.  With the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN, she was promoted to manager of Music City Events, producing off-site events for convention clients and Gaylord corporate events.

Under her own company, Consider it Done!, she produced four inductions to the Grand Ole Opry plus numerous events for the Country Music Association, Country Music Television and record label groups,

Before moving to Fort Lauderdale two years ago, she was the director of special events for The Hermitage Hotel. In addition to managing Engaging Events & Weddings, Victoria is currently working as an independent planner with COMCOR Event and Meeting Production.
